If you are experiencing any difficulties watching Frndly TV, please follow the simple steps below. It is very important that you complete each step in order, even if you have already done them separately.
Step 1: Restart your router and modem
Unplug them from the wall for 30 seconds, then plug them back in. (Restarting your modem clears out unnecessary stored data and establishes a clean connection with your internet provider.)

Step 2: Restart your Apple TV
Unplug it from the wall for 30 seconds, then plug it back in
Step 3: Uninstall the Frndly TV app
1. Press the Home button on your Apple TV Remote
2. Locate your Frndly TV app
3. Select and hold until you see the pop-up appear
4. Select Delete App

5. On the Remove "Frndly TV" screen, select Delete
Step 4: Reinstall the Frndly TV app
1. Press the Home button on your Apple TV Remote
2. Open the App Store on your Apple TV

3. In the menu bar, select the Search Button
4. Enter Frndly TV

5. Swipe down to select the Frndly TV app

Step 5: Check your Apple TV for a software update:
1. Press the Home button on your Apple TV Remote
2. Go to Settings

3. Select System 
4. Select Software Updates
5. Select Update Software
6. If an update appears, select Download and Install
If you're still experiencing an issue, please run an Internet & Latency Speed Test (speed.cloudflare.com) and send us a screenshot of the results via chat, or email us at support@frndlytv.com so we can investigate further.

Note: The speed test needs to be run on the same network you use to watch Frndly TV. Using multiple devices on the same network can cause buffering. Try reducing the number of devices on your network and see if your Frndly TV service improves.
