Updating your payment information is very simple, but the steps change depending on who currently handles your billing! 

 

If your billing is with Frndly TV directly:

  1. Go to Frndly TV Settings

    1. If you are using a mobile device, make sure to click the above link, instead of using the Frndly TV app

  2. Click on “Replace or Update" next to Payment Method and follow the instructions

 

If your billing is with Paypal: 

  1. Sign into Paypal.com

  2. Click “My Paypal,” then select the Gear Icon to access your settings

  3. Select “Payments” 

  4. Under “Your Preferred Way to Pay” select “Change” 

 

If your billing is with Roku: 

  1. Go to Roku's website and sign into your Roku account

  2. Click “Update” under Payment Method and follow the instructions

 

If your billing is with Amazon:

  1. Go to Amazon's website and sign into your Amazon account

  2. Click on “Your Payments" under Ordering and Shopping Preferences and follow the instructions



Note: Frndly TV does not accept any prepaid debit cards.
