Want to change plans? We made it easy to switch plan levels (Basic, Classic, or Premium) and billing options (Monthly or Annual).
How you change plans will depend on how you are billed.
I pay with a credit/debit card or PayPal:
1. Click HERE and sign in to your Frndly TV account, if prompted
2. Under Active Plans, select Change Plan
3. Choose the plan that's right for you and click Continue
4. On the next page, click Pay Now
If you upgrade, we will issue a prorated refund for your current plan. You will be charged immediately for your new plan, and your billing date will be updated.
If you downgrade, your new plan will begin after your current plan expires.
I pay through my Roku account:
1. Open the Frndly TV app on your Roku device
2. Select the gear icon in the top-right corner to go to your Settings
3. Select Change Plan and choose the plan that is right for you
If you upgrade, the remaining balance from your current plan will be applied as a credit toward your new plan. Your renewal date will update to match the upgrade date.
If you downgrade, your new plan will begin after your current plan expires.
I pay through my Amazon account:
1. Open the Frndly TV app on your Amazon device
2. Select the gear icon in the top-right corner to go to your Settings
3. Select Change Plan and choose the plan that is right for you
Note: Amazon-billed customers will be charged for their new plan immediately when they upgrade or downgrade. To request a refund, follow the steps to cancel an Amazon plan and then contact Amazon.
