We understand that canceling subscriptions isn't always easy, so we made the process as simple as possible.
To cancel, please select the method you initially used to subscribe and follow the subsequent steps:
You subscribed at FrndlyTV.com using a debit/credit card or PayPal account:
1. Click HERE and sign in to your Frndly TV account, if prompted
2. Select Turn Off Auto-Renew
3. On the next screen, select Turn Off Auto-Renew again
4. Follow the prompts until you see the "Your subscription renewal has been successfully canceled" screen, then select Exit
You subscribed with your Roku:
3. Select Turn off auto-renew
4. Select Confirm changes
OR
You subscribed with an Amazon Fire:
1. Click HERE to go to Amazon’s website and sign in to your Amazon account, if prompted
2. Next to your Frndly TV subscription, select Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts
You subscribed with your VIZIO:
1. Click HERE and sign in to your VIZIO account, if prompted
2. Go to Subscriptions & Purchases on the upper part of the screen
3. Select Update next to your Frndly TV subscription
4. From the list of available plans, select Frndly TV and then Cancel Subscription
NOTE: Canceling turns off your subscription's auto-renewal. After canceling, you can continue enjoying Frndly TV for the remaining time on your subscription.
